Absolutely not! This is a claim often made by individuals who, for various reasons, are surprised when their subscription renews. We make every effort to ensure that our billing is as clear and transparent as possible, and we always send out a notification email at least 7 days before a subscription is set to renew. Occasionally, members may overlook the email, it might be mistakenly delivered to their junk/spam folder, or the message may be undeliverable due to technical issues of which we were unaware. Some members miss our multiple statements indicating that the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. Others with particularly long subscription durations, such as our 12 and 24-month plans, simply forget about them until the renewal occurs. In any case, if a member experiences an unexpected charge for any reason, all they need to do is contact us and we will promptly refund the charge.
