What if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?
We understand! As long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we'll refund the credit to your account for you to schedule another class. Do remember that if you cancel within 24 hours, you'll lose the chance to reschedule, and your credit will be forfeited.
What happens if we have to cancel a class due to a teacher or technical problem?
Although it's a rare occurrence, if a class has to be canceled because of a teacher's unavailability or a technical issue, don't worry! We'll restore the class credit to your account, which you can use to book another class within its validity period.
