By default, your subscription will be enrolled in auto-renewal at the time of your purchase. Unless canceled, you will be charged for your renewal each time your current subscription period expires. If you subscribed at a discount, please note that your subscription will renew at full price unless otherwise noted. This applies to discounted subscriptions made both through the website and the mobile app.

If you purchased our Fast Track to Fluency package, which provides $1 Premium level access for the first month, your subscription will renew at the full price of $25/month from the second month forward.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. See this article. Please note that our payment system is based in Japan's timezone, so renewals may be processed a day before your actual expiration date. To avoid charges, please make sure to cancel auto-renewal at least 24-48 hours before your expiration date.
