Help! I Forgot My Password!
You can use the website or the app to reset your password at any time.

On the Website
- Navigate to Reset Password.
- Enter the email address you signed up with.
- Select the Reset My Password button.
- You will receive an email shortly with instructions on how to reset your password. If you don't see it after about 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it, please email us at contactus@[site-url] or use the Help button in the bottom left.

In the App
- Open the app and select your target language.
- Select Forgot Your Password?
- Enter the email address you signed up with.
- Select the Reset My Password button.
- You will receive an email shortly with instructions on how to reset your password. If you don't see it after about 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see it, please email us at contactus@[site-url] or use the Help button in the bottom left.
How to Change My Password
You can change your password at any time on the website or in the app.

On the Website
- Go to My Account.
- Scroll down and select the Change My Password link.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Enter your new password again to confirm.
- Select the Set Password button.

In the App
- Open the app and sign in to your account.
- Select the Menu button in the bottom right.
- Select Settings in the menu that slides in.
- Select the Change Password button near the top.
- Enter your current password and then select OK.
- Enter your new password.
- Enter your new password again to confirm.
- Select OK.
Password Requirements
For your security, we require passwords to be between 10 and 72 characters long, and they must contain at least one number and one special character.
