If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your subscription, simply email us at contactus@[site-url] or use the Help button in the bottom right. If your subscription was made within the last 60 days we will refund you 100% of your purchase price no questions asked. Beyond that, we'll refund you the value of any unused months remaining on your subscription.
Please note that we're only able to issue refunds for charges made within the last 180 days.
If you purchased your subscription through Apple's App Store, you will need to cancel your subscription yourself and contact Apple about a refund. Apple unfortunately does not give developers the ability to cancel or refund subscriptions. Please see these two help articles from Apple for more information.
If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play store, to request a refund please email us at mobileapps@innovativelanguage.com. To expedite things, please include your Google Play order number for your subscription. It will begin with GPA. followed by a series of numbers and dashes. You'll find it in the email receipt that Google sent you when you made your purchase.
