When you sign up for an account with us, we will occasionally send you several types of emails. These include emails about important account information, such as upcoming payments and receipts, upcoming promotions and sales, news and updates, and if you chose to subscribe to them, Word of the Day emails. If you are a Premium PLUS subscriber, you will also receive email notifications from your teacher. You can manage the types of emails you receive at any time. 

Managing My Email Notifications

You can manage what kinds of emails you receive from us at any time by visiting your Email Notifications page on My Account ▸ Email Notifications & Banners. Here you can choose which types of emails you receive or even unsubscribe from everything all at once. Please note that choosing to unsubscribe from everything will also unsubscribe you from the Word of the Day emails as well. If you change your mind later, you can always revisit the page and change your options.

You can also email us at contactus@[site-url] or use the Help button in the bottom left, and we'll set your email notifications for you. Additionally, at the bottom of all the emails we send, you'll find an unsubscribe link that you can select to stop receiving those emails.
