While we strive to stamp out any pesky bugs before releasing a new version of the iOS and Android app, sometimes they do sneak through. Please try the steps below before contacting support. If your issue is still not solved, please email us at mobileapps@innovativelanguage.com.
- If you recently purchased a subscription but the app says that you don't have that kind of subscription, try signing out of the app and back in:
- Select Menu in the bottom right.
- Select Sign Out from the menu that slides in.
- Select OK in the confirmation popup.
- Your account information should already be filled into the login form. Select the Sign In button.
- If you tried the above and your subscription still doesn't show up in the app, try restoring your purchase:
- Select Menu in the bottom right.
- Select Settings from the menu that slides in.
- Select the Restore Purchases button near the top of the screen.
- Sign out of the app and back in.
- If the app is crashing regularly or nothing else seems to be helping, try deleting the app from your device and reinstalling it.
Known Issues
- Flashcards are not currently included in the app. We do plan on adding them in the future.
