I haven't received my schedule yet!
Our team of academic advisors is currently receiving many student applications and reviewing each student individually to place them in the best class possible. This may take some time. Schedules will not necessarily be finalized until the application period closes and all students have been reviewed. Please allow up until the week before classes begin to receive your schedule.
If you still haven’t received any information one week prior to the first week of classes, please make sure that our emails are not in your Spam or Promotions folder. Always be sure to add our email address (customer-success@[site-url]) to your list of approved contacts.
These times don't work for me. Do you have any other times available?
Our live group class schedule is set based on teacher availability. While we do our best to cater to all timezones, please kindly understand that if you don’t see a specific time listed, it’s not available. A private class may be arranged if a teacher is available.
I'm not sure what level I should enroll in
PDFs of each level curriculum are available at the top of the Live Group Classes page. Please browse these curriculums to see what grammar and vocabulary will be taught in each level to get a better idea of which class would be best for you.
We also have an assessment test designed to help our team of academic advisors place you in the correct level. Each student receives a link to this assessment test via email upon completing their live group class application.
I think I was placed in the wrong level. Can I switch classes?
If possible, we will help you switch to a more appropriate level class. If there is no availability, you may receive a refund or a free credit to return the following semester.
