Creating an account and getting started with a Free Lifetime Account is very quick and easy. You can sign up both on the website and in the app. No payment information is required to sign up for an account.

Signing Up on the Website

1. Navigate to the website's front page.
2. Enter your email address in the field at the top of the page.
3. Select the Join Now button. Or select the Continue to Facebook button to sign up with your Facebook account.
4. Choose whether or not you'd like to receive daily Word of the Day emails.
5. You'll receive an activation email and a welcome email shortly. If you don't see them after about 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see them, please email us at contactus@[site-url] or contact us through the Help button. 
6. To complete your registration, select the Activate Your Free Lifetime Account button in your activation email. 
7. Enter your desired password. Your password must be between 10 and 72 characters long, and it must contain at least one number and one special character. 
8. Enter the password you entered in the previous field again in the field below it.
9. Select the Set Password button.
10. You will be given the option to sign up for our Fast Tract to Fluency program. This program will give you complete Premium access to the website and app for only $1 for the first month. From the 2nd month on, it will convert to a normal monthly Premium subscription at the full rate of $25/month. Please see this article for full details. Enrolling in Fast Tract to Fluency is completely optional. Your Free Lifetime Account will still include a 7-day free trial of Premium access even if you decline the offer.
11. At the bottom of the screen choose whether or not to enroll in the Fast Tract to Fluency program.
12. Select the Next button on the welcome screen.
13. Choose whether or not you'd like to receive daily Word of the Day emails, and then select the Next button. 
14. Select your level from the list. If you're not sure which level to choose, selecting a level will display a description of it on the right. If you're completely new to the language, choose Absolute Beginner. Don't worry. You can change this at any time later if you need to.
15. Select the Next button.
16. Select the Get Started button.

Signing Up in the App

1. Download the app from your device's app store. See this article.
2. Open the app and choose your target language.
3. If this is a new install of the app, select the Try it for Free button. Otherwise, select the Join Now button.
4. Select your level in the first drop-down box. If you're completely new to the language, choose Absolute Beginner. Don't worry. You can change this at any time later if you need to.
5. Enter your email address.
6. Enter your desired password. Your password must be between 10 and 72 characters long, and it must contain at least one number and one special character. 
7. Enter the password you entered in the previous field again in the field below it.
8. Select the Next button. 
9. Choose whether or not you'd like to receive daily Word of the Day emails.
10. Select the Get Started button. You'll automatically be logged in with your new account.
11. You'll receive an activation email and a welcome email shortly. If you don't see them after about 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don't see them, please email us at contactus@[site-url] or use the Help button in the bottom right.
